Responsible for overseeing and ensuring the proper functioning of essential mechanical systems such as HVAC units, compressors, pumps, and conveyors.
Conduct comprehensive root cause analyses to identify the underlying issues behind mechanical failures and subsequently devise and execute effective corrective measures.
Conduct and meticulously document all preventive maintenance procedures to ensure compliance and operational integrity.
Facilitate upgrades, installations, and validation processes for support equipment to ensure operational readiness and compliance with established standards.
Responsible for managing and updating mechanical documentation, such as logs, diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
Ensure all mechanical systems adhere rigorously to established safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines.
Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and engineering departments to minimize operational downtime.
During the phases of equipment commissioning, performance qualification (PQ), and prequalification, collaborate with validation, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless integration and adherence to established standards.
