Job Description
To carry out planned and reactive Mechanical and Engineering maintenance tasks safelyto an agreed standard within a defined portfolio to a required Service Level.
Responsibilites
Good knowledge and experienced in building related works such as civil engineering, structural, architectural, building repair, carpentry, partition, renovation, plumbing works etc.
Interpret Technical design and drawings
Manage Mechanical and Electrical Installations (E.g. Street lighting, Air Conditioner, etc.).
Monitor Project schedule and work progress.
Developing test and commissioning documentation
Compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations.
Ensure quality of work is achieved
To lead a Team of skilled workers to carryout their works accurately and timely.
Support the project team on site in electrical and mechanical related needs.
Requirements
Candidate must possess B. Eng in Electrical Engineering.
Strong knowledge of electrical installation
The ability to work unsupervised in a pressurised environment.
Knowledgeable in Auto CAD.
Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills.
Must be a problem solver minded and able to propose solutions to problems.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Must have willingness to learn new things and accept new challenges.
