Job Brief
We are looking to recruit a Math tutor for our client. The Math tutor will provide one-on-one or a small group lessons to students in primary school. The Math tutor will math tutor also be able to teach problem solving, geography, science and critical thinking.
Working hour: Once in a week
Pay: N9,000 – 13,000 per day
Job Responsiblities
Assess student’s current math skills
Discuss the trouble area the student is having, either with a specific lesson or understanding a particular math concept
Develop lesson plans that enable the student to better grasp the math concept
Help students work through their homework and study for exams
Write progress reports for parents and students
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Education with a specialization in Mathematics, or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Maths Teacher.
Organized, flexible disposition.
Outstanding interpersonal skills.
A thorough understanding of best practices in teaching.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
