Job Description
Monthly/Forth-nightly material planning with Plant Manager.
Interact with overseas suppliers to obtain timely PFI’s based on plan.
Instruct Sig team to process it further between corporate office & Nigeria for all different items/shipments.
Following-up local supplies for different cartons/sleeves/chemicals/Sugar etc.
Follow-up of Form M before shipment and shipment tracking.
Managing RM, PM and FG stores routine for the factory with local team.
Timely Stock reconciliation and enforcing FIFO.
Track the monthly landed cost of imported materials /track on local items.
Resolve different SAP related issues; many times we have issues in item code/PO/GRN etc.
Space management within warehouses.
Qualifications and Skills
Must be a graduate with between 8-10 years of relevant experience.
Charted accountant with relevant experience can also be considered.
Should possess good communication & analytical skills.
Excellent analytical skills.
Result oriented.
Target driven.
