Reporting Manager Title: Contracts & Procurement Manager: Duration of Contract: 12 Months
Shall serve as a technical consultant within area of expertise.
Completes additional responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
Shall provide in-house material logistics coordinator responsible for the tracking of materials from x-works to customs clearance
Interface with Company’s Buyers, Subcontract Administrators, Expediters, freight forwarding personnel and the updating of Marian to match the freight forwarding activities and dates.
Shall provide bulk MTO’s loaded into Marian and the auto-loading of requisitions formatted to generate requisitions based on material type
May provide quantity tracking of all bulks, including the running of reports to verify the alignment of MTO with Requisition and Purchasing quantities
Shall as at when required provide site receiving and issuance of materials.
Shall as at when required provide inventory control and inventory reconciliation.
Shall provide construction material control reports and material allocations based on availability and MTO requirements.
Other tasks as may be assigned by supervisor
Industry Specific Experience:
Equivalent knowledge of 2 to 3 years of experience.
Additionally, 5 to 7 years of experience including demonstrated technical skill and excellent
