Marketing Officer

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Officer to develop, implement, and optimize online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, analytics, and tools to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising.
Manage and optimize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to increase engagement and brand visibility.
Create, curate, and publish high-quality content, including blog posts, videos, graphics, and infographics.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
Plan and execute PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and monitor performance to maximize ROI.
Analyze website traffic and campaign data using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media insights.
Manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvements based on data insights.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or online advertising.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and content marketing strategies.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, HubSpot, and SEO tools.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing data.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or other digital marketing platforms.
Experience with video marketing and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Knowledge of affiliate marketing and influencer collaborations.
