Marketing Manager CRM Lead / Patient Executive Manager

Job Summary

As our Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies that enhance our brand visibility and attract new patients while fostering loyalty among existing ones.
Your expertise in digital and traditional marketing will be key in ensuring Smile360 remains a top dental brand in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Brand Growth:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to attract and retain patients.
Identify and manage campaigns, events, and outreach programs.
Collaborate with leadership to ensure marketing aligns with business goals.

Digital Marketing & Social Media:

Manage our website, ensuring SEO optimization and seamless user experience.
Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Oversee digital advertising efforts, including Google Ads and social media campaigns.
Monitor and manage online reviews to enhance our brand reputation.

Patient Acquisition & Retention:

Oversee patient referral and loyalty programs.
Manage email and SMS marketing for appointment reminders, promotions, and newsletters.
Collaborate with the patient care team to enhance the overall patient experience.

Content Creation & Brand Development:

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, in line with the Smile360 brand bible.
Develop high-quality content, including blogs, videos, and educational materials on dental health.
Work with designers, videographers, and external vendors to produce compelling visual content.

Community Engagement & Partnerships:

Work with the business development team to build partnerships with schools, businesses, and community organizations.
Organize and participate in health fairs, sponsorships, and local events to promote dental health awareness.

Performance Tracking & Analytics:

Track key marketing metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, and patient engagement.
Provide monthly reports on marketing performance and areas for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to keep Smile360 ahead of the curve.

What You Bring

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years in marketing (preferably in healthcare, dental, or medical fields).
Skills: Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, SEO, Google Ads, email marketing, and CRM systems.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, creative problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Bonus: Experience in a healthcare setting and familiarity with dental practice management software.
