Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities

Developing and executing BTL marketing campaigns.
Identifying target audiences and tailoring campaigns to their needs.
Analyzing campaign performance and making necessary adjustments to managing activities and timelines.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Organized training show in the market.
Create Secondary Sales awareness in the market.
Ensuring that POS and other marketing items are displayed to Customers.
Ensuring Products are properly displayed at Customer’s outlets.
Increase awareness of the product with information and explanation of Commercials items.
Review of secondary team activities and their Outlets.
Review customer performance over 3 months.
Setting New Target.
Make PJP for the BTL campaigns.
Any other duties as directed by Line Mgr.

Qualifications

Minimum educational standard: OND / HND / B.Sc in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, and any relevant field.

Experience:

Minimum Working Experience: Ten (10) years with five(5) Years of marketing experience with FMCG or professional Marketing Company

Requirements, Skills & Attitude:

Experience in Sales of Food & Snacks Products is paramount.
Proven BTL, ATL & TTL marketing experience
Strong Project management skills
Good understanding of BTL, ATL, TTL
Good negotiator with strong hold on marketing agencies
Can think out of the Box for marketing strategies
Good in excel & ppt
Team player

Job Specification:

Must live within close proximity or ready to relocate.
Must be ready to Travel within 100% & Travel with the country: 50%.
