Marketing Manager

Job Summary

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, customer loyalty, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of retail marketing, consumer behavior, and digital strategies to drive both online and in-store sales.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement brand marketing strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives.
Lead campaign development, from ideation to execution, across digital, traditional, and experiential marketing channels.
Oversee social media strategy, influencer collaborations, and content marketing to enhance brand presence and engagement.
Drive customer acquisition and retention programs, including loyalty initiatives, CRM, and promotional campaigns.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, and product teams) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Monitor brand performance metrics, analyzing campaign effectiveness and optimizing strategies accordingly.
Supervise creative development, ensuring all brand communication is consistent and impactful across all touchpoints

WHAT TO HAVE

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or communications, preferably within retail or fashion.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful brand and marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce strategies.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to measure marketing performance.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while ensuring brand consistency.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms is an advantage.
