Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Manager at MIM Finance Company Limited.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, analyzing market trends, managing marketing campaigns, and overseeing the marketing team.
This role is based in Lagos, with some work from home options available.

Marketing Strategy Development and Implementation
Market Trend Analysis and Campaign Management
Digital Marketing and Social Media Management
Content Creation and Copywriting
Strong Leadership and Team Management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Experience in the finance industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
