Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute content marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement across social media and email channels.
Identify and collaborate with influencers to generate authentic user-generated content (UGC) that resonates with the target audience.
Write clear and concise creative briefs for the marketing team to guide the creation of organic and email content.
Oversee and refine the content posting strategy across social media platforms, suggesting the best tools and tactics for optimization.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing efforts.
Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and conversions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and best practices in content marketing and influencer collaborations.
Suggest and implement tools to improve marketing workflow and effectiveness.
Provide insights and recommendations for paid media efforts to complement organic strategies.
Manage relationships with external partners and vendors as needed.

Required Skills And Qualifications

DTC Retail Experience: Previous experience in direct-to-consumer marketing, ideally in apparel or a similar industry.
Content Marketing Expertise: Strong background in content strategy, influencer marketing, and social media management.
Cannabis Industry Comfort: Open to working in the cannabis space with an understanding of the industry landscape.
Paid Media Knowledge: Familiarity with paid advertising strategies is a plus.
Tech Savvy: Some experience with Shopify and Klaviyo is advantageous.
Creative Brief Writing: Ability to translate ideas into clear, actionable briefs for creative teams.
Self-Starter Attitude: Takes initiative, brings new ideas to the table, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Energetic & Eager to Learn: Young, energetic, and motivated to stay ahead of marketing trends and innovations.
