Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and execute Limpiar’s marketing campaigns and manage key marketing tools, including email marketing platforms like Mailchimp. Based in Nigeria, the ideal candidate will collaborate with our global team to develop, implement, and optimize strategies that enhance our brand, attract new customers, and engage our community of cleaners and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.
Marketing Tools Management:
Manage and optimize platforms like Mailchimp for email campaigns, newsletters, and customer outreach.
Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer journeys effectively.
Content Creation and Strategy:
Collaborate with copywriters and designers to create engaging marketing content, including emails, social media posts, and blogs.
Ensure all content aligns with Limpiar’s brand voice and values.
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage Limpiar’s social media following.
Monitor trends, respond to inquiries, and engage with the community online.
Data Analysis:
Analyze marketing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and tools.
Prepare reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales, operations, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Coordinate with global teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all regions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management and digital tools.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms like Mailchimp.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and performance tracking.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience working in a remote or global team environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
Knowledge of sustainability or eco-friendly marketing initiatives is a plus.
Background in the cleaning services or tech industry is advantageous.
