Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities

Developing and improving marketing plans unique to different perfumery products and services.
Conceiving and improving existing marketing strategies.
Networking with different supplier groups within the perfumery product and service delivery value chain
Identifying and engaging different customer groups relevant to the ADAM business model
Conducting marketing research and analysis to produce relevant marketing information and evaluate trends.
Conducting marketing research to identify new perfumery products and services and conducting competitive intelligence analysis.
Monitoring ongoing marketing campaigns and spending based on the budget allocated.
Creating and generating reports on an ongoing marketing campaign’s key performance indicators (KPIs).
Creating engaging marketing materials to drive online and physical marketing campaigns.
Ensuring effective and efficient distribution of marketing materials to relevant customer groups
Monitor market trends and analyse customer activities to identify business opportunities.
Managing online (including social media marketing) and offline marketing channels
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies encompassing various channels, such as traditional media (TV, print) and digital platforms.
Coordinates and oversees diverse promotional events, exhibitions, and communication campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
Conducts market research to analyse trends, competition, and consumer behaviour, shaping the overall marketing approach.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
5-10 years of B2B and B2C marketing experience, with a focus on FCMG and luxury products with at least 3 years leading company-wide initiatives
Strong track record of developing product and go-to-market strategies.
Proven ability to drive innovation and execute projects with excellence.
Strong data analysis skills and experience with customer research techniques
Experience working as a corporate marketing executive or an event planner will be beneficial.
Must be highly fluent in spoken and written English. A key part of the role will be writing and editing proposals to corporate and other business customers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
