Role Overview:
As a Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, increase customer acquisition, and boost retention. You will work closely with the leadership team to shape our marketing vision and drive impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
Drive customer acquisition strategies, including digital and traditional campaigns.
Lead branding efforts to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
Build and manage relationships with external vendors and partners.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing, preferably within the financial services sector.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
