We are hiring 10 experienced Sales Representatives in International Logistics!
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in freight forwarding, particularly in sales and customer management.
Strong understanding of freight forwarding processes, including foreign trade, transportation, and warehousing.
Proven skills in sales development and customer relationship management in logistics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a high level of self-motivation.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze the Lagos market, identify new opportunities, and promote company services.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, identifying and fulfilling potential customer needs.
Handle inquiries, provide competitive pricing, and negotiate to maximize company interests.
Proactively resolve any issues during the transportation process to ensure client satisfaction.
Benefits:
Bonus: Transportation allowance between ₦15,000 – ₦50,000, with a comprehensive salary exceeding ₦500,000/month.
Paid time off, including vacation and sick leave.
Work hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
