Responsbilities
Contact potential clients to discuss advertising opportunities using our brands. This usually takes the form of cold calling over the telephone and most importantly must involve face to face contact at presentations, meetings, and negotiation meetings
Take part in internal training about how to handle marketing issues, negotiation, interview sessions, phone calls and other job requirements.
Contact existing clients to arrange the placement and design of advertisement they have agreed on and ensure an ongoing relationship
Research clients needs and explain the benefits of buying advertisement space in your brands, responding to any objections
Explain pricing costs to potential clients and negotiate a fee and agree conclusively.
Manage an existing client to ensure their needs are satisfied and they are happy with the service.
Work with production team to ensure that agreed advertisements are carried in the right brand and at the right time as negotiated.
Work with other marketing, production and editorial team members to create and execute a winning strategy for all company’s products, event and other services.
Develop comprehensive and fully integrated annual editorial and business marketing plans including targets and maintain a schedule of production deadline and quality control with the production unit.
Track advertisement services and keep record of sales, contacts, and deals.
Attend industry events, exhibitions and conferences, meeting potential and existing clients.
Requirements
Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degrees with 2 – 4 years relevant work experience.
