Key Responsibilities:
Drive Sales: Develop and execute strategies to sell the Waterview Apartments to high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Marketing Campaigns: Plan and implement innovative marketing campaigns to promote the Waterview Apartments across digital, print, and event platforms.
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and partnerships.
Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales and marketing strategies.
Presentations & Tours: Conduct property tours, deliver compelling sales presentations, and effectively communicate the unique features and benefits of high-rise living.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and client feedback to senior management.
Requirements:
Proven experience (3+ years) in real estate marketing and sales, with a focus on high-rise or luxury residential properties.
Strong understanding of the luxury real estate market, including buyer behavior and investment opportunities.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and lead management platforms.
Ability to build relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate decision-makers.
Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
A self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
