Marketing and Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote HARBOURAGE properties and projects.
Identify and engage potential clients, building a robust network of high-net-worth individuals and investors.
Conduct property tours and presentations, highlighting unique selling points to prospective buyers.
Collaborate with the branding team to create compelling content for social media, brochures, and advertisements.
Monitor market trends and provide insights to refine marketing and sales strategies.
Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships and addressing inquiries promptly.
Negotiate contracts and close sales, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (2–5 years) in sales or marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
A track record of meeting sales targets and managing client relationships.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to dynamic market demands.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with the Abuja real estate market is a plus.
