Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinical, administrative, etc.) to develop marketing materials and campaigns.
Manage and maintain our hospital’s website, social media presence, and online reputation.
Develop and manage marketing budgets, track expenses, and measure ROI.
Analyze market data and campaign results to inform future marketing strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, physicians, and partners.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor activity.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience in a healthcare setting.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, including market research, segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
