Marketer

Reporting to the CEO, the candidate must be able to plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate new prospects and improve client retention with the ability to plan and carry out all sales activities on assigned accounts or area

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop marketing and sales plans.
Work closely with marketing teams to organize and execute marketing and sales plans and programs
Devise marketing campaigns with the goal of increasing product awareness and increase sales and profits
Source and develop client referrals, generate leads and drive sales.
Prepare sales action plans and strategies
Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials
Marketing and Sales weekly, monthly, meeting and brainstorming
Online marketing using internet and social media platform
Doing all other office managerial roles
Plan and conduct direct marketing activities
Make sales calls to new and existing clients
Act as the point persons for outside, inside and partner sales teams.
Track and monitor market and company sales performance.
Gather and report customer intelligence to sales teams.
Manage vendor contracts.
Supervise marketing assistants and other employees.
Support all company initiatives, give actionable feedback, share best practices and serve as advocate and information source for company.
Create programs that drive brand loyalty.
Manage marketing budgets.
Attend trade shows and events to market product.
Develop effective account conversion strategies to accelerate adoption.
Determine product/service value delivered throughout customer operations and effectively communicate value to customers to promote new applications and sales.

The Person

Must be cultured and be respectful, intelligent and innovative. Must have integrity. Must not be more than 30 years.

Qualification

Minimum of O’ Level with not less than 2 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing who is willing to grow with the organization
Applicants should reside within the Victoria Island, Lekki and Ajah.

Remuneration

N360,000 per annum plus monthly sales commission when target is met.
