What You’ll Be Doing
Recruiting and onboarding market traders onto our platform.
Selling and managing accounts, ensuring traders maximize our eCommerce and trading tools.
Helping traders expand beyond their local markets, enabling them to sell and buy across distant borders in Africa.
Educating traders on modern trading tools that improve their business operations, streamline payments, and open up new markets.
Building and managing a strong community of traders who trust and rely on our platform for cross-border trade.
Driving performance and revenue growth, unlocking higher earning potential.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For (This is a MUST – Do Not Apply If You Do Not Qualify):
Experience in Nigerian Open Markets – You have worked in, engaged with, or built networks inside traditional markets.
Strong Sales & Relationship Management Skills – You know how to sell, manage accounts, and nurture long-term business relationships.
Deep Understanding of Trader Psychology – You can communicate in a way that resonates with traders, building trust and confidence.
Ability to Speak the Language of the Traders – You must be able to communicate fluently in the local language(s) spoken by market traders (e.g., Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa, Pidgin, etc.), making engagement seamless and effective.
A People Person & Problem Solver – You’re naturally persuasive, self-driven, and passionate about helping businesses grow.
Tech-Savvy & Highly Communicative – You are fluent in using email, Google Meet, Zoom, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Owns a Good Smartphone – You can leverage mobile technology for sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
Highly Energetic & Results-Oriented – You love the thrill of the hunt and are eager to convert traders into long-term customers.
Compensation & Growth Opportunity
Competitive base salary starting at N150,000 / Month
Earn up to N450,000 monthly based on performance
