Key Responsibilities:
Business Leadership: Drive strategic initiatives, business growth, and innovative product offerings. Strengthen partnerships with cooperatives, SMEs, and women-focused organizations.
Operations & Innovation: Champion digital transformation, enhance core banking systems, and improve customer experiences.
Risk & Compliance: Ensure compliance with CBN regulations, manage risks, and maintain a PAR threshold below 5%.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders and present quarterly reports to the Board.
Financial Oversight: Monitor performance, oversee HR, and drive financial literacy programs to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Graduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/professional certifications preferred).
Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent).
10-15 years’ banking or microfinance experience, with 5+ years in senior management.
Proven track record in business development, digital transformation, and strategic leadership.
Strong knowledge of microfinance products and customer engagement strategies.
Proficiency in MS Office and data analytics tools.
