Job Description

Responsible for ensuring that a service meets the established standards of quality including timeliness in service delivery, precision in cleaning, pressing, and packaging.

Main Job Task and Responsibilities

Uphold defined quality assurance policies and procedures
Implement the business quality assurance standards
Devise procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality
Implement quality inspection system
Plan and inspect job done to ensure finished service quality
Document internal audit and other quality assurance activities
Investigate customer complaints and operations non-conformance issues
Recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements

Education and Experience

OND minimum HND preferred
Minimum of 2 years Quality assurance experience
Experience in dry cleaning is an added advantage
Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
