Job Description

Prepare report as instructed
File document as instructed
Prepare petty cash vouchers
Issue petty cash to staff and vendors
Manage the mail register
Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
Typing, preparing and collating reports
Filing, organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
Managing database of staff and client
Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
Liaising with relevant organisations and clients
Logging and processing bills or expenses
Acting as a receptionist when the need arise
Performing any other duties as directed.
