Assumes primary responsibility for maintenance of all organization’s electrical appliances which includes but not limited to; wiring, plugs, lightings, air condition, and all other similar electrical apparatus
Inspect facilities on a regular basis for preventive maintenance and correcting safety hazards
Install and repair different type of pipe systems including mending broken pipes.
Assume responsibility for periodic maintenance of all facilities of the organization.
Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the organization
Keep records of assignment and produce detailed periodic work reports.
Requirements
Must have 3 years’ relevant experience preferably in plumbing and electrical works
Must be able to communicate effectively in English
Must be comfortable with the use of Microsoft Office
Ability to prioritize and execute task in a high pressure environment
Effective interpersonal and relational skills
EducationDiploma/HND in any related field is required
