JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing maintenance activities, as well as managing and developing the maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance Planning and Scheduling:
Develop and implement maintenance plans, schedules, and procedures to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
Coordinate with production and operations teams to schedule maintenance activities.
Team Management:
Supervise and manage a team of maintenance technicians, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Maintenance Operations:
Oversee the execution of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and company policies.
Budgeting and Cost Control:
Develop and manage the maintenance budget, including forecasting and cost estimation.
Implement cost-saving initiatives and optimize maintenance expenditures.
Equipment and Asset Management:
Develop and implement equipment maintenance plans, including preventative maintenance schedules.
Ensure accurate inventory management and control of spare parts and materials.
Quality and Continuous Improvement:
Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure maintenance activities meet company standards.
Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize maintenance operations.
Safety and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols for maintenance activities.
Communication and Reporting:
Provide regular updates and reports to management on maintenance activities, progress, and issues.
Communicate effectively with production, operations, and other teams to ensure seamless maintenance operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a similar industry.
Proven track record of successful maintenance management, including team leadership and budget management.
Skills:
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement changes.
Proficient in maintenance management software and systems.
Certifications:
Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Plant Maintenance Manager (CPMM) certification preferred.
