Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Manager located in Lagos.
The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for supervising equipment maintenance, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and overseeing all aspects of maintenance and repair activities within the organization.
Qualifications
Supervisory Skills, Maintenance Management, and Equipment Maintenance
Experience in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair
Knowledge of industry best practices in equipment maintenance
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Relevant technical certification or degree in Engineering or related field
