The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the timeline delivery of goods, planning routes, ensuring stock levels, and coordinating the daily operations of the company stock and sales delivery activities.
The Ideal candidate must be a fast learner, with a strong interest in logistics and supply chain activities and passionate about providing excellent customer service. S/he should be highly organized, have strong communication skills, and have a customer-focused attitude as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage the timely delivery of goods to customers.
Plan and coordinate delivery routes to ensure efficient delivery of goods.
Ensure adequate stock levels of goods are maintained.
Oversee daily operations in the warehouse.
Ensure accurate and timely paperwork is completed.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Monitor warehouse inventory and ensure order accuracy.
Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer service.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure all orders are filled and shipped on time.
Track and report on key performance metrics.
Key Requirements:
0-1 year of working experience in Operations, logistics, and Supply Chain industry.
Minimum Qualification is SSCE Certificate
Must be a fast learner
Highly organised and a customer-focused orientation
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
