Logistics Officer

Job Summary

We’re seeking a driven and meticulous Logistics Officer to become a part of our team. In this role, you will be essential in assisting with our logistics and supply chain activities.

Job Responsibilities

Support all our logistics and order fulfilment operations.
Work closely with the logistics team and order fulfilment team to ensure all aspects of the logistics operations are working smoothly to ensure the fulfilment of orders and delivery of products to customers on a timely basis
Support the Logistics team in closing partnership deals with 3PLs, onboarding them to Feegor, and managing relationships with them.
Proper coordinating and tracking of all deliveries.
Ensure proper documentation, payments and financial reconciliation for all logistics activities.

Job Qualifications

Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain concepts.
