Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement efficient delivery strategies and schedules to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Coordinate with various departments, including inventory, customer experience, to align logistics operations with overall business objectives.
Improve the fulfillment team.
Provide accurate and timely shipment information, including estimated delivery times.
Proactively address and resolve any delivery issues or customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
Regularly update the fulfillment spreadsheet for weekly expenses and delivery and pick-up status.
Handling of items.
Monitor vehicle performance and maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize delivery routes.
Track and monitor deliveries, identifying and resolving any transportation issues promptly.
Collaborate with drivers and other relevant parties to mitigate delays and ensure timely deliveries.
Conduct research to identify potential clients, target markets, and emerging business opportunities.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or any related field.
1-2 years of experience as a logistics officer/associate.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Spreadsheets and also in Word or Google Docs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
