Job Description:
Prospecting and on boarding clients.
Promoting loan products to salary earners.
Achieving sales targets.
Developing growth strategies and plans
Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
Develop referral networks; suggest alternate channels and cross-sell products and services to accomplish quotas.
Requirements:
Proven experience in consumer lending or financial services.
Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of loan products and processes.
Minimum of 2years work experience in Consumer Lending.
BS degree or HND degree.
