Skills:
1. Proficiency in English: English is the official language of Nigeria and strong communication skills (oral and written) are a must.
2.Strong resistance to pressure and psychological quality, able to withstand work pressure

4.COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Clear, courteous and effective communication skills are required.
5. EXPERIENCE: Entry level candidates with no experience will be accepted but training in specialized skills will be provided. Previous work experience is preferred.
Job Responsibilities
1.Responsible for contacting overdue customers by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, etc. for collection work.
2.Understand the reasons for overdue customers and make reasonable repayment plan according to company policy and customer’s situation.
3.Record the collection process and update customer information in a timely manner.
4.Assist in handling customer complaints and maintaining customer relationship.
5.Obey the arrangement of superior leaders and complete other work assigned by superior leaders.
