Job Description
Ensures all regulatory aspects concerning protection of the environment and marine security are adhered to during transfer operations
Ensures that line up of the pipelines (onshore/offshore) are complete and adequate (LOTO where required)
Completes ISGOTT SSCL with ship master/chief officer prior to commencement of all cargo operations
Leads the team by example in matters of health, safety, security and environment
Ensures all relevant cargo transfer documentations(received) and reports (completed) after each custody transfer
Chairs pre-berthing meetings amongst importers, agents, surveyors and tank farms to ascertain readiness of tanker (financially, q&q, laycan, ullage requirements, regulatory, etc) to take berth at the CBM/SPM
