A highly skilled and dependable Drone Pilot is required to support our cleaning services division. The chosen professional will utilize specialized drones equipped with advanced cleaning attachments to execute a range of high-efficiency cleaning assignments, including but not limited to high-pressure building and structural washing, window cleaning, roof maintenance, facade restoration, and additional related cleaning operations.
Please note that although this position is being advertised through Venus Finance, the chosen candidate will ultimately be employed and work with Diamond Shine Cleaning Company.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the safe and efficient operation of drones at all times.
Develop and conduct comprehensive cleaning initiatives with precision and thoroughness to ensure optimal sanitation standards are consistently met.
Ensure rigorous quality control and meticulous attention to detail throughout all processes to maintain high standards and accuracy.
Oversee the upkeep and functionality of drone hardware and associated cleaning apparatus.
Perform duties at elevated positions and adapt to diverse weather environments.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to facilitate the seamless execution of projects.
Requirements:
Proficiency in operating drones and providing cleaning services is required.
Proficient in various cleaning methodologies and the proper use of cleaning machinery and tools is required.
Demonstrated capability to perform duties in elevated environments and restricted areas.
Possesses exceptional precision and meticulousness in quality assurance processes. Demonstrates unwavering dedication to maintaining high standards and ensuring accuracy in all tasks. Exhibits a keen eye for identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective measures to uphold product or service excellence.
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team are essential for this role.
The compensation package for this role is set at NGN150,000.
