Legal HR Responsibilities

Draft, vet and review contracts and advice accordingly.
Evaluate information to determine compliance with standards.
Offer legal advice and support on issues that may affect the company.
Ensure compliance with all the necessary statutory obligations. • Supervise and manage employees’ issues with the company.
Proficiency in drafting official letters.
Proper file documentation and company secretarial issues .
Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance. Studies legislation, arbitration decisions, and collective bargaining contracts to assess industry trends.
Any other related tasks.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree qualification with 3– 5 years’ work experience.
