Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions, leases, construction projects, joint ventures, and property development.
Prepare and review sale deeds, lease deeds, construction agreements, and title documents.
Monitor compliance with real estate, environmental, and construction laws, including permits, approvals, and zoning regulations.
Provide legal advice to clients and internal teams on matters relating to real estate development, construction contracts, and property management.
Stay updated on changes in real estate, construction, and property laws, regulations, and industry practices.
Provide insights into regulatory changes that may impact projects or transactions.
Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external consultants for approvals and compliance matters.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure all legal aspects of construction projects are addressed.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B. or equivalent); master’s degree in law (LL.M.) preferred but not mandatory.
3–5 years of experience in real estate, construction law, or related fields.
