JOB DESCRIPTION
Monitor and ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Stay updated on regulatory changes and their implications for the business.
Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to identify potential risks.
Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks.
Develop and implement risk management strategies and controls.
Monitor and report on key compliance metrics.
Investigate compliance breaches and allegations of misconduct.
Report findings to Head of Legal as required.
Develop and facilitate compliance training programs for employees at all levels.
Promote a strong compliance culture within the organization.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance integration into business processes.
Liaise with external regulatory bodies and legal counsel.
Prepare regular compliance reports to the Head of Legal.
Provide timely and accurate information on compliance issues.
