LEGAL AFFAIRS MANAGER – LINKEDIN ADVERT
1. PURPOSE OF ROLE
The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective and efficient management of the Legal Affairs Department. He/ She will provide Legal Advisory support to the various units, plants, depots and departments.
2. KEY OBJECTIVES
To provide specialist advice on Legal issues with the aim of enhancing and protecting Total’s brand and preserving business assets.
-The holder will deliver quantity and cost effective legal support and ensure the effective management of legal and contractual risk.
3. CANDIDATE’S PROFILE
-Knowledge of the Nigeria Laws/practices -Excellent organizational and communication skills -Minimum 15 years work experience with proven track record of contract negotiation, litigation and drafting -LLB, BL
