Structure transaction, draft key agreements & manage ext. legal obligations.
Conduct contract negotiation & review, risk mgmt. & control.
Evaluate diff risk factors (legal exposure) regarding business decisions & operations.
Communicate & negotiate with ext. parties.
Qualification/Skills
B.L. (LL.M. added advantage) Nigerian Law School required.
Must be male
Must have previous related experience.
NBA Membership
Good interpersonal & communication skills, teamed with the ability to build contacts & deal with relationships at all levels.
