Requirements
A doctoral degree (PhD) or a master’s degree, coupled with a proven track record of scholarly publications, is required.
The position necessitates fulfilling a range of general prerequisites, including possession of a high school diploma or its equivalent. Prior experience in a related field is highly valued, though not always mandatory, with preference given to candidates with at least one year of relevant work history. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential to interact effectively with team members and clients. Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite, is required. Candidates must demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and the ability to adhere to company policies and procedures. Additionally, a valid driver’s license may be required depending on the role’s specific demands.
Applicants are required to have either an NYC Discharge Certificate or an Exemption Certificate.
Proficiency in computer applications is a mandatory prerequisite for all roles within the organization.
