The Learning & Development (L&D) Analytics Support professional will be instrumental in advancing employee development through the oversight of data-centric components within our learning programs.
This position involves analyzing data to monitor training completion rates, evaluate program efficacy, and produce strategic insights to enhance learning outcomes. The preferred applicant demonstrates strong technical proficiency, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to using performance metrics to drive organizational growth.
Oversee and execute critical operational duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and maintaining high standards of performance. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall effectiveness within the role. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster synergy, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress, identify areas for optimization, and implement corrective actions as needed. Prepare comprehensive reports, analyze trends, and present actionable insights to stakeholders to support informed decision-making. Manage resources, including budget allocation, staffing, and technology, to maximize value and achieve departmental goals. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards to mitigate risks and uphold organizational integrity. Serve as a mentor and coach to team members, fostering professional growth, engagement, and a culture of accountability.
Data Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and evaluate crucial learning metrics, including training completion rates, assessment scores, and learner engagement, then compile and present these findings in comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
Assist with organizing and scheduling training sessions, maintaining learning calendars, and preparing participant lists.
Compliance & Content Tracking involves overseeing and recording the advancement of mandatory compliance training to maintain precise documentation suitable for audit verification.
Evaluation Support: Collect post-training feedback through surveys, analyze the data, and prepare comprehensive reports to assess the impact and efficacy of training programs.
Assist in the upkeep and updating of L&D metrics dashboards, ensuring accurate and timely visibility of key performance indicators for management.

A bachelor’s degree in disciplines such as Human Resources, Statistics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a comparable field is required.
Requires 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in human resources administration, learning and development coordination, or data analytics.
Retail industry experience or a strong working knowledge of its operations is strongly advantageous.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, including capabilities in data sorting, formula application, and chart creation, along with proficiency in HR data reporting tools, is required.
