Work with the Head of L&D Manager to define, design and implement learning and development programs and tools that sustain necessary behavioral changes: training, organization development, and change interventions, coaching, mentoring, managing people, etc
Job Description
Identify training /skills/competency needs within respective populations
Plan and develop training and development calendar/plan for respective populations in the organization
Evaluate needs of the organization and develop, implement, and monitor training programs within the organization
Create and implement testing and evaluation processes for training interventions and develop reports that feed into the Performance Manager’s reports
Provide logistical support, course development, production of materials, delivery, evaluation, process measurements, and cost management for training programs
Keep records and document training indices– hours, numbers, programs, suppliers, locations, budget, trends, evaluations, etc. and provide period reporting as required
Liaise with and follow up with internal trainers facilitators for in-house training programs and provide content and logistics support for any member of this faculty
Build and maintain a close relationship with the Technical Training team and provide support, data and assistance, when required.
Deliver generic workshops and programs for pockets of population
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline
Minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience in related role
Experience with working with training providers and handling related service
Passion and focus on results and people development
Position is ideal for someone not working at the moment
