Learning and Development Manager Electrical Technician

Role Description

The Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing effective training and development programs.
This role involves managing learning management systems, instructional design, leadership development, and various training initiatives aimed at enhancing the professional growth and development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies and programs.
Manage and maintain the company’s learning management system (LMS).
Design and deliver instructional materials and training sessions.
Lead leadership development programs to nurture future leaders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
MSc in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning & Development or related fields.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a manufacturing organization.
CIPM (Chartered institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria) Certification is required.
Expertise in training and development, learning management, and instructional design.
Proven experience in leadership development.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
