Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and creative Lead, Multimedia Executive to steer our multimedia projects across video, motion graphics, and graphic design. In this role, you will oversee a team of designers and editors, ensuring all deliverables align with our brand style guidelines (BSGs) and communicate our brand identity effectively. You will collaborate cross-functionally to produce visually compelling content that resonates with our audiences, both in still and video formats.
Job Details
Video Editing & Production:
Oversee the editing and post-production process for videos, ensuring high-quality output and brand consistency.
Manage timelines and resources to deliver projects on schedule.
Implement creative storytelling techniques and visual aesthetics to enhance video content.
Motion Graphics & Animation:
Lead the conceptualization and creation of motion graphics and animations for various projects (e.g., promotional videos, social media content, internal communications).
Stay up-to-date with design trends, software updates, and techniques in animation and visual effects.
Graphic Design & Brand Identity:
Update and Translate brand style guidelines (BSGs) into creative, on-brand designs for both digital and print (e.g., social media posts, marketing collateral, presentations).
Ensure brand consistency through rigorous design standards and best practices.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to deliver cohesive visual materials.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Manage and mentor a team of multimedia designers and editors, offering guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Set project goals, delegate tasks, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Foster a collaborative environment and encourage continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
Project Management:
Plan and prioritize projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Communications) to define creative briefs, target audiences, and strategic goals.
Maintain clear communication channels to address challenges and changes in project scope.
Brand Style Guide (BSG) Enforcement:
Champion the consistent application of brand style guidelines across all multimedia assets.
Conduct regular audits of creative output to ensure compliance with BSG requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Film, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design.
Demonstrated history of leading creative teams and delivering high-impact visual content.
Technical Proficiency:
Expertise in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) and motion graphics tools (After Effects).
Proficiency in graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Knowledge of 3D design/animation tools (Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.
Creative & Communication Skills
Excellent visual storytelling abilities with a strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
Proven ability to interpret and implement brand identity guidelines into both still and video content.
Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate creative concepts clearly.

Experience leading or supervising a multimedia/creative team, including providing feedback and professional development.
