To be considered for this position, applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience, along with at least two years of professional experience in a closely related industry. Proficiency in industry-standard software tools and technologies is essential, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and contribute effectively within a collaborative team environment. Familiarity with project management methodologies, regulatory compliance standards, and best practices in the field is highly advantageous.
A bachelor’s degree in Education or a closely related field is required, or an NCE (National Counselor Examination) credential may be considered.
A minimum of one to two years of hands-on teaching experience is required.
CPR and First Aid certification is considered a beneficial qualification.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, a calm demeanor, and meticulous documentation abilities are essential.
