We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Laundry Supervisor to oversee daily laundry operations in our high-standard laundry facility. The ideal candidate will ensure quality service, manage staff, and implement efficient workflow processes. Additionally, they will leverage digital marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the laundry facility, ensuring efficiency and service excellence.
Implement and monitor standard operating procedures to maintain high-quality standards.
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote services and attract customers.
Manage customer relationships, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Supervise and train staff to uphold productivity, hygiene, and service standards.
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and inventory control.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies.
Utilize data analytics and online platforms to optimize marketing efforts and customer engagement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a laundry or hospitality-related industry.
Strong digital marketing skills, including social media management, SEO, and online advertising.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service excellence.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
