Job Summary
Engage in New and Existing Client Relationship Management
Deliver well-structured oral presentation to clients and prospects introducing our solutions and services
Carry out Effective Client Communication Management
Develop clear and effective written proposals and quotations for current and prospective clients
Give oral and written report on customer needs, issues, competitive activities and potentials for new products and services
Arrange high level meeting between Marketing Manager/ Sales Manager and clients top Managers/decision makers
Engage in Post Sales Service to Clients
Increase CITCC revenue through effective sales support and; ensure our Marketing System is fully Implemented
Carry out all other duties as assigned by the Marketing Director/Marketing Manager
Specific RequirementThe Candidate must have..
A minimum of 4 – 5 years in sales and marketing.
Working Knowledge of Telecoms and Integrated system such as CCTV camera setting, smart building, smart city, etc.; and must be ready to demonstrate this knowledge at the interviews
Experience with Putting together tender document and bidding for projects
Academic QualificationMinimum of HND/BSc in Marketing, Management, Social Science or Humanities.Other Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Client relationship management knowledge
Impressive sales and Marketing skills
Commendable public speaking skills
Presentation Skill is a must
Ability to use Microsoft Office suite proficiently especially Ms Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to learn fast the various solutions (technology) and services of the organization
Ability to collect and analyze necessary market information
Outstanding Interpersonal skills
Good Work Ethicsy place without the hassle of preparing it yourself with all the clean up labour afterwards
