Key Account Manager (KAM)

Job Responsibilites

Development and nurturing of customer retention plan.
Creating and maintaining documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help-related matters.
Analyzing data and creating reports for insights into team operations and productivity.
Reaching out to big industry players in fish importation.
Drafting and executing a robust after sales maintenance plan that will woo big players in the fishery industry into the Organization’s maintenance/service net.
Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
Provide regular sales report, forecasts and insights to the management.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key clients.
Manage and ensure maximum productivity across the sub branches.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients or customers, serving as their primary point of contact within the organization.
Understand the needs, objectives, and challenges of key accounts, and develop customized solutions to address their requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, and customer support, to deliver value-added services and solutions to key accounts.

Job Requirements

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years work experience.
