As a Key Account Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. Develop and implement strategic plans for key accounts tachieve sales and revenue targets.
Identify growth opportunities within key accounts and devise strategies tcapitalize on them.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within key accounts.
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
Sales Planning and Forecasting:
Develop and execute sales plans, ensuring alignment with Frutta’s overall business objectives.
Conduct accurate sales forecasting and monitor performance against targets.
Market Analysis:
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
Use market insights tadapt sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, including supply chain, and finance, tensure a cohesive approach taccount management.
Coordinate with various departments tmeet customer demands and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Product Placement and Visibility:
Ensure optimal placement and visibility of Frutta products within key accounts.

Negotiation and Contract Management:
Lead negotiations with key clients tsecure favorable terms and agreements.
Manage contracts effectively, ensuring compliance and mutually beneficial outcomes.
Innovation and Product Introductions:
Introduce new products and innovations tkey accounts, driving product adoption and maximizing sales opportunities.
Sales Performance Analysis:
Analyze sales performance data and generate reports tevaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies.
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Customer Satisfaction:
Proactively address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

JOB REQUIREMENT
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or key account management with a proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
Technical requirements: • Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis, proposal creation, and presentation of sales materials.
