Job Summary

We’re seeking a talented and ambitious Junior Chef to join our kitchen team!
As a Junior Chef, you’ll assist in preparing and cooking delicious dishes, learning from our experienced chefs, and contributing to the success of our restaurant. If you’re passionate about cooking and eager to grow your skills, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Assist senior chefs in food preparation and cooking
Learn and master new recipes and techniques
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Prepare ingredients, sauces, and dishes to high standards
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
Develop knife skills, cooking techniques, and menu knowledge

Requirements

Qualification:

NCE / OND qualification
Experience: 2 – 3years
2+years of kitchen experience
Basic cooking skills and knowledge of kitchen procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Good communication and teamwork skills.
